accommodation of a hotel room unless the reservation has been made and
confirmed with the hotel involved.

Accounts
These are to be settled in cash or by credit card: American Express, Diners
Club, MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted.
Banking
There are four commercial banks represented in Francistown i.e. Barclays
Bank Botswana, First National Bank, Stanbic Bank and Standard Chartered
Bank as well as several foreign currency bureaus.

Check-in
times and Procedures
Our guest check-in time is at 14h00. If rooms are requested prior to check-in
time, early arrivals will be accommodated as soon as rooms become available.
Check-out
times and Procedures
The check-out time is at 10h00. Luggage can be stored for guests who have
checked-out, but wish to stay at the resort until later, by making arrangements
with the concierge.

Currency
Pula (P) = 100 thebe. Notes are in denominations of P100, 50, 20 and 10.
Coins are in denominations of P5, 2 and 1, and 50, 25, 10 and 5 thebe.
It is advisable to check the exchange rate prior to visit.
Health
Please note that should anyone have any emergency within the hotel, we
have first aid kits and our referral doctors available to assist you.
It is always
wise that you consult your doctor before entering the Northern areas of
the country for the most effective anti-malaria prescriptions.

English is the official language. Setswana is the national language and
Ikalanga is widely spoken in the Northern parts.

Voltage
The voltage throughout the hotel is 220V/50hz. All the sockets are squared
therefore you will need an adapter if you use a round plug.
Water
All our indoor
taps give portable water except for the garden water.

accept VISA / MASTERCARD and other recognised credit cards.
Children
under 12 stay free with their parents if sharing a room. All the above
quoted ratesare in Botswana Pula and include VAT at 10% and government
levy. The lodge reserves the right to change rates without notice.

Cancellation
Policy
Please take note of our cancellation policy:
• Cancellation for rooms 1-4 must be done 24hrs before arrival date,
• 5-15 rooms must be done 3 days before arrival date
• Over 15 rooms must be done two weeks before arrival date.
• Bookings not cancelled in time or no shows, attract a 100% cancellation
fee for (1) one night of the whole booking.
